I am a mental health counselor trained in drama therapy techniques.

"Drama Therapy is an active, experiential approach to facilitating change. Through storytelling, projective play, and purposeful improvisation, participants are invited to rehearse desired behaviors, practice being in relationship, expand and find flexibility between life roles, and perform the change they wish to be and see in the world."

I collaborate frequently with a therapeutic theater organization called Recovery Through Performance--whose mission is to serve persons on their recovery journey through theater and drama therapy, helping them transform into being the actors and directors of their own authentic lives.
